What an amazing company....my husband has just driven from the Fylde to Ormskirk for some fire surround brackets as the fitter is coming tomorrow on short notice. I had telephoned ahead and spoke to a lovely member of staff who did warn me in the nicest possible way they shut the door dead on 5pm.My husband arrived at the eleventh hour...thinking they were shut as it was just after 5pm but the Owner/Manager had waited for him and had the brackets ready for him....a conversation ensued, and my husband then got a tour of the showroom and was blown away by the quality and finish of their amazing Media Walls, manufactured through a bespoke service. Guess what my husband wants for his office now! Thank you so much for your humanity and kindness. Brilliant Customer Service! Brilliant Product!

Searched for ages for a fire then found this firm. prices were perfect and I visited and the lady was really helpful. Its taken a while to get sorted in this room. I did have to add the bottom part myself due to a difficult chimney breast. This was a Type 4 media wall. Love love it.

This media package completes our front room and brings it to life. The fire place has many different features and colours which allows you to set different themes. It has different heating fan powers to reflect a “strong fire” and light fire which feels very realistic. Quick efficient delivery, with secure packaging to avoid any possible damage in transit. Very helpful and friendly. Quick response to any questions asked. Instructions are very clear and come with a video thats easy to follow. I highly recommend this!

We picked up our media wall last Friday and are really pleased with how it looks. The build quality of the unit is spot on and really makes a feature in our living room. Loads of different colour options on the fireplace. When initially ordering we were provided with a lead time of two weeks however this ended up being five weeks, Rob explained that this was due to delays in the fireplaces arriving. It was worth the wait and would recommend evolution fires.

Absolutely amazing!! Why anyone would pay more for someone to build you a media wall with all the mess when these exist I don’t know. We visited the showroom which was brilliant we knew what we wanted straight away. Ordered a few weeks later when we moved in our new home and it was delivered within 2 weeks. These guys made my purchase of my Media Package 7 so easy and informative. I had many conversations with Rob before placing the order and after. He was able to answer all my questions to his best knowledge. Even the after sale communication with Evolution Fires has been great. They helped me with all my questions before I set the media wall up. Now the quality of the media wall is fabulous. Was thinking to make the wall myself but I would have never got the finish and the clean cuts that these guys produced. By the way the tv size was 75inch. The fire place is unbelievable and my children love it. It will definitely be the focal point of the room. 100% winner for me. Thank you guys.

I saw an advert for a Pre built media wall for 1200 and I had to go and have a look OMG the quality of these products are amazing and they build them in there factory I wanted a sound bar added and it made smaller and that is what they done for me.
