Do you offer Installation?
All our pre built media walls are designed for easy installation most of them come in 2 parts we have plenty of easy installation videos on YouTube please contact our team and we can send you the video links
How long does the delivery normally take?
Media Walls orders take 4 Weeks to manufacture.
Media Wall fires take around 5 days to arrive at your home.
Wall-mounted fireplaces take around 2 weeks to manufacture.
Fireplace suites take 3 weeks to manufacturer.
Do Pre-Built Media Walls require professional installation?
Nope! They’re designed for easy DIY installation, saving you time and money. NO Mess. NO Stress. NO Plastering and NO Tradesmen needed.
Are Pre-Built Media Walls cost-effective compared to traditional fireplaces?

Can I customize the look of my Media Wall?
Of course! You can choose different finishes and styles to match your décor, including Blue, White, Cream and Grey or choose to paint it yourself.
What are your pre-built media walls made from?
Each media wall is hand made by our team of quality woodwork craftsmen on site at our factory.

What warranty comes with your electric fireplaces?
Our Advance electric fires come with a 2 years warranty.
Our Spectrum fireplaces come with a 1 year warranty.
Can I have the flames on without the heat?
Yes you can have the LED flames on without the heater
Where does the heat come From?
There are 3 vents above the glass the middle one is the heater, the heater is angled and blows down and out it does not effect the TV.
Where does my Sky box go?
You can buy a bracket for your sky box that sits next to your TV bracket you can purchase from our website under the accessories page.
Can I change the height and width on the media walls?
Yes we can custom design any of our media wall packages.
